Payment Policy

THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING DR. CHRISTI GARFINKEL TO SERVE YOU!

Our Practice requires payment at the time of service. This policy is designed around a simple and straightforward approach to payment for your veterinary services.  We encourage you to discuss costs in advance of treatment for your horse(s) so that payment follows as directly as the treatment that was provided.

Payment of fees is due at the time of service. We accept CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.

For insured horses, payment is still due at the time of service.  It is the horse owner’s obligation to collect from their insurance carrier.  We will be happy to provide supportive documentation for a claim, should a claim form be provided to us.

Please understand ... If payment arrangements are not made in advance of the scheduled appointment, treatment will not occur.
